The staff offered prompt assistance when i requested extra towels. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and a variety of fruit. i appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions using the hotel's shuttle service. It saved me time, and i did not have to use the public transportation often.
the in-room safe malfunctioned, and it took maintenance several hours to repair it.

I found the reception team helpful. i got an interconnecting room. It accommodated my family comfortably. the whole experience was positive.
the hotel is near a large highway interchange. there are no convenience stores nearby, i didn't find that convenient. i had to walk fifteen minutes to reach the large shopping center.

the location is central.. it is a short walk to burj khalifa. rooms were modern and spacious. staff members were accommodating.
the sink was choked, and the bath shower did not work properly. the room needed better hygiene. bed sheets were unclean, and the mattress seemed to have bugs.

unusable fitness arealong wait
The fitness area WAS completely unusable! I saw only two of the three elevators operating. People wanted extra money for the covered sunbeds. the building seems poorly insulated. I could hear neighbors talking above me and traffic sounds as if the windows were open.
